Abstract

Agro: metallurgia.

SUBSTANTIA: inventio campi metallici pulveris refertur. Praecipue pertinet ad recipiendum offensionis sinterae duram ex carbide tungsten. Adhiberi potest lignatores, terebras et dromonem fodiendi. Mixtura dura continet carbidam et 18.0-20.0 % cum ligatura. Molybdenum 48.0-50.0; niobium 1.0-2.0; rhenum 10.0-12.0; cobalt 36.0-41.0.

ECFECTIO: Summus virtutis offensionem acceptio.

Descriptio

Inventio spectat ad campum pulveris metallurgiae et ad sintedi duriores mixtiones producendas ex carbide tungsten, quae adhiberi possunt ad fabricandum lignarios, terebras, molendina et alia instrumenta.

Nota carbida sinterata in carbide tungsten innixa, continens 3.0 ad 20.0 s. molybdenum - usque ad 5.0; niobium – usque ad 3.0 [1].

Objectum inventionis est offensionis robur augere.

Effectus technicus consequitur in eo quod in sinteredo duriori innixa carbide in tungstena, quae 80,0-82.0 wt.% Tungsten carbidam et 18.0-20.0 wt.% Ligans, ligans continet, %: Molybdaenum 48 0-50.0; niobium 1.0-2.0, rhenum 10.0-12.0; cobalt 36.0-41.0.

Pulveres mixturae mixtae in proportionibus indicatis miscentur, mixtura pressa 4.5-4.8 t / cm 2 et in fornace electrica ad temperiem 1300-1330° C in vacuo per 7—9 horae sinteratae. Per sintering, ligans carbide spontaneam partem dissolvit et dissolvit. Effectus est materia densa, cuius structura tungsten consistit in particulis carbide ligante connexis.
